I strung together some Quicktime clips from my D800 in a MC 7.0.3 timeline. I transcoded the sequence to DNxHD, then I exported an AAF to Resolve. Even when I modify all of the sliders in PROJECT settings and save them, no changes are applied to the video. It's as if the PROJECT settings are not really being saved or applied to the project. HDR out of Resolve needs the Studio version, unless you're just doing a straight 2020/P3 conversion. I'm only able to see that checkbox enabled on my Studio system, and not in the Free version. Those particular settings are also for hardware monitoring - if you don't have a Decklink or Ultrastudio, most of those "Video Monitoring" settings do ...When I set the In/Out points from the timeline, the Mark, Create Subclip option is no longer grayed out, but when I select "Create Subclip" no subclip is created in the Media Pool area of the Edit Page. I may not be wording exactly right but Blackmagic greyed out the iso because it is treated so differently between camera companies and it’s difficult to get them all in line with one control system. DVR seems to export stills as "video levels", not full levels.
