Meter should either show "0VDC", or "battery voltage" when checking both fuse tabs on the back side of the fuse to ground. A battery voltage on 1 side and close to 0 on he other side is a blown fuse. The only possible "adjustment" is at the clutch pedal. Near the top of the arm is a horizontal rod, the nut on the rod close to the arm is the locknut. Loosen the nut and spin the shaft. Check pedal movement. Adjust as required. Stick a 3/8 ratchet/breaker bar into it to relieve the tension, and pull the belt off one of the pulleys. Basically there are so many different ones it would take alot of research to give you an entire list. I would find some that you like and then look up the specs. If the hub bore is more than 67.1 mm its a good idea to run a hubcentric ring. .
